Founded in Leipzig in 1990, Comtext Fremdsprachenservice is now an ultra-modern service company, with three branch offices in Leipzig, in Riesa/Dresden and in Halle/Merseburg. Twelve translators and interpreters are directly employed by the company, and we also have a great many free associates collaborating with us, both within Germany and abroad.
Comtext Fremdsprachenservice works for reputed firms, trade fairs, banks, insurance companies, research institutes, and for government departments and governmental bodies, the law courts and private customers as well. We offer translation and interpreting services in practically all official and national languages.
A special feature of the company is its special focus on Eastern European languages and the languages of the Baltic region. We have well established contacts with professional colleagues in Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Croatia, Macedonia, the Czech Republic, Poland, the Baltic region, Bulgaria, the Ukraine and other East European countries. We have a useful knowledge of the countries in question, and are happy to put this at the disposal of our customers.
Since 1997 the company has been in possession of a quality certificate as defined by DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. Our use of ultra-modern text processing, DTP and translation memory systems is a further factor that enables us to carry out even highly demanding tasks, on highly competitive terms.
